Dr. Grace C Saunders

Grace Saunders, owner and Lead Investigator of Saunders Consulting Services, has over over 35 years of experience in the law enforcement and investigative fields having served as an United States Probation Officer, Adjunct Professor teaching Criminal Justice and Behavioral Health Science, and as an Investigator in support of National Security Researching information and preparing full investigations and investigative reports.

Grace holds a Security Clearance Investigation issued by Federal Government Agencies. This clearance carries with it the obligation to adhere to U.S. laws and regulations as outlined in the SF-312, including the duty to safeguard classified and sensitive information to prevent unauthorized disclosures. She is also responsible for reporting any unauthorized disclosures, suspicious activities, or potential and actual Insider Threats.

Grace’s qualifications are further solidified by completing the John E. Reid and Associates Techniques of Interviewing and Interrogation training. The company has also engaged with various criminal justice systems, including the United States District Court in Washington D.C. and the Maryland State Courts.

Paula D Johnson

Paula Johnson, a retiree, serves as Business Manager with Saunders Consulting Services bringing a diverse background and multiple skill sets to the team. Paula provided over 40 years of service to the residents of Baltimore City and the State of Maryland in various roles such as Community Activist, Business Owner, an elected Baltimore City Councilperson, Maryland State Department of Education’s Licensing Branch Chief for the Child Care Administration, Realtor, and Mobile Loan Signing Agent. She is also a Veteran having served 12 years in the U.S. Army Reserves (SSG).

Yvette D Brewington

Yvette D Brewington joins Saunders Consulting Services with over 20 years of experience in security having retired as an Armed Correctional Officer with the Maryland State Department of Corrections, served as an Armed Prisoner Transport Officer with Dunbar Guard Services, and as a TSA Officer with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Currently holding a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Yvette has over 11 years in the transportation field acquiring experience as a driver, dispatcher, and supervisor via the Maryland Transit Administration, the Regional Transportation Agency, and Academy Bus.

Yvette’s  administrative and management skills acquired as a business owner of Shakir’s Beauty Supply and Accessories and 7 years with USF&G Insurance Company as a  supervisor of records are a welcomed addition to her skill set.
